- Architect seamless system updates in Workday and UKG, moving employees through leave cycles with precision.
- Optimize payroll accuracy by compiling detailed pay history and performing essential five-year lookbacks.
- Innovate departmental efficiency by managing shared inboxes and deploying policy-related communications.
- Navigate complex state statutory requirements (e.g., Colorado and Minnesota Paid Leave) to ensure full compliance.
- Systems Savvy: Proven ability to navigate enterprise platforms like Workday, UKG, or ServiceNow.
- Meticulous Mindset: High-level data entry accuracy and a "quality-first" approach to sensitive documentation.
