We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join a growing Human Resources department and serve as a vital link in our daily operations. In this role, you will be the engine behind our talent acquisition and employee experience, managing everything from sourcing top-tier candidates on professional networks to facilitating a seamless onboarding process for new hires. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, ensuring all employee records, benefits administration, and compliance standards meet our high internal bars and legal requirements. Beyond the paperwork, you will be a creative force in our engagement initiatives, helping to brainstorm and coordinate activities that keep our team motivated and connected. This is a 100% on site, Contract to Hire opportunity 8AM-5PM Mon-Fri *After 6 months, 1 day/week can be worked remotely Benefits and PTO upon permanent hire

Responsibilities

Talent Scouting: Utilize social platforms like LinkedIn to identify and engage top-tier talent. Post roles and pre-screen

Candidate Experience: Manage the interview lifecycle, from posting creative job ads to scheduling and tracking candidate progress.

The First Impression: Lead the onboarding process by managing new-hire documentation and coordinating training sessions that make every new joiner feel welcome.

Cultural Growth: Brainstorm and execute fresh initiatives for employee engagement, performance reviews, and team-building activities

Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous digital and physical employee records, ensuring 100% accuracy in attendance, PTO, and benefits data.

Trust & Discretion: Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee concerns while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics.

Regulatory Alignment: Stay ahead of the curve on labor laws (local, state, and federal) to ensure all internal policies remain fully compliant.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with leadership to audit current workflows and suggest "continuous improvement" updates to our employee handbook.
