Randstad is seeking a motivated administrative and customer service professional to join our client, a top rated insurance company in Mesa AZ! In this role, you will be supporting the underwriting team and other professionals in the office.  Qualifications: 

• High school education or its equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook is preferred.
• Must type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• Above-average communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and transfer them to proper personnel as needed.
• Type forms, reports, and memos as directed using Microsoft Word.
• Operate standard office equipment like fax machines and photocopiers.
• Pick up, sort, and deliver internal department mail.
• Maintain files and reports.
• Assist with other duties within the department or elsewhere upon request.
