This is an IN OFFICE role.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to greet all visitors, coordinate express mail/UPS pick-ups and deliveries, and provide secretarial/clerical support as necessary. salary: $17 - $21 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High` SchoolResponsibilities Effectively disperses information as it is received at the reception desk. May use computer to search employee information and direct calls to appropriate department / person. Assists with filing and mail processing. Assists other departments as needed. Reserves conference rooms as needed. May replenish supplies in all kitchens, break rooms, and conference rooms. May maintain company phone directory.
