Senior Business Process Analyst | Agile, ETL Data Translation  Randstad is hiring a senior-level Business Process Analyst to support a large-scale transformation initiative. This role focuses on process mapping, requirements gathering, and translating data-driven logic into clear, business-friendly documentation. **Important**: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a W2 basis without current or future sponsorship. Third-party candidates will not be considered.

You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping teams understand data flows (ETL), applied logic, and system workflows, and converting that into clear Agile user stories and process documentation.

This is a functional, business-facing role focused on operations—you will interpret ETL/data logic and SQL, apply business rules, and translate technical workflows into clear requirements. Responsibilities

• Document As-Is and To-Be business processes using Visio or Blueworks
• Gather and write business and Agile requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Analyze data flows and ETL processes (data acquisition, transformation logic)
• Review and interpret SQL logic to understand how data is being used
• Translate technical/data logic into clear business requirements and workflows
• Break down complex processes into step-by-step documentation and visual maps
• Partner with SMEs, data teams, and application teams to align requirements
• Support impact analysis across systems and business processes
• Communicate insights and updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and step in as backup PO/Scrum support when needed
• 8–10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, or similar roles
• Proven expertise with process mapping (As-Is / To-Be)
• Proven ability to write business and Agile requirements
• Experience working with or around ETL processes and data flows
• Ability to read/interpret SQL (no heavy coding required)
• Experience translating technical concepts into business-friendly documentation
• Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban) - operating in Agile, this is a must have
• Hands-on experience with Visio, Blueworks, ADO, or Confluence
• Excellent communication skills across business and technical teams
• Self-driven and able to work independently
