You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to manage the high-volume candidate pipeline, ensuring a fast, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who applies. From initial phone screens to representing us at local hiring events, you’ll be the engine that keeps our hiring process moving.
salary: $23 - $28 per hour

Responsibilities
- Heavy Volume Sourcing: Manage the top-of-funnel for all departments. You will spend a significant portion of your day on the phone, pre-screening candidates to ensure only the best fits reach our hiring managers.
- Talent Acquisition Partnership: Work alongside the TA team to hit aggressive staffing targets and keep the pipeline moving for both entry-level and management roles.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with department heads at the casino, lodge, and pubs. You need to understand their specific operational needs to find the right cultural and technical fit.
- Content & Postings: Write and manage clear, effective job descriptions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our postings stay competitive and accurate across all platforms.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Take ownership of the interview calendar. You’ll coordinate high-volume interview loops and ensure a professional experience for every candidate.
- Event Representation: Lead our presence at job fairs and community hiring events. You’ll be the "boots on the ground" identifying talent in the local market.
