Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Benefits & Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless experience for new hires, including orientation and I-9 verification. Act as the primary point of contact for health, dental, and 401(k) inquiries.
- HRIS Management: Manage daily data entry and reporting within Paychex. You will be a key contributor during our evaluation and potential implementation of UKG, assisting with data migration and system testing.
- Workers' Compensation: Handle the intake, tracking, and reporting of workplace injury claims, ensuring compliance with Nevada state regulations and safety standards.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate digital and physical personnel records. Ensure all employees maintain active gaming licenses and health cards as required by Las Vegas local ordinances.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and management, assisting with conflict resolution, performance documentation, and policy interpretation.
- Leaves of Absence: Administer FMLA, ADA, and other leave requests, providing clear guidance to employees on their rights and returning to work.
