Responsibilities
- Financial Support: Manage the entry of project invoices and the posting of payments within an ERP system.
- Compliance Coordination: Oversee jurisdictional licensing, secure and track project permits, and manage Certificates of Insurance (COI) and insurance claims.
- Project Documentation: Maintain master contract files and lead the compilation of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
- Operational Excellence: Facilitate a professional office environment by managing supplies, coordinating company functions, and organizing high-level meetings.
