Responsibilities

- Day-to-day office operations and workflow management
- Staff oversight, scheduling, and team support
- Coordination with outsourced billing and basic financial visibility
- Credentialing, compliance, and administrative oversight
- Driving organization, efficiency, and overall patient experience

- Liaison with external medical billing company
- A/R monitoring, denial trends, collections performance
- Payroll oversight & compensation systems
- Patient account workflows & financial policies
- Provider credentialing, re-credentialing & payer enrollment
- Front office supervision & administrative leadership
- KPI tracking & financial reporting
- Operational improvements & expense management
- Healthcare regulatory compliance
