- Must have previous Call Center exp
- Previous experience in the HealthCare industry a plus
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Medical claims experience a plus
- Proficient using the Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, and email regarding e-vouchers, denial conversion or any other issues related to a Rx claim.
- Accurately document each customer interaction, including the issue, actions taken, and resolution in the case management system.
- Follow up with customers on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CMM services, updates, and known issues.
- This is a hybrid position where you will work from home most of the time but will be required to work in office certain days.
