Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Handle email, phone, and written communication with professionalism.
• Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and correspondence.
• Coordinate travel, events, and meeting logistics.
• Track priorities, follow up on action items, and help keep projects moving.
• Support confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment.
• Work closely with leadership, internal teams, and external contacts.
