Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage operating budgets and manufacturing plans to hit cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Strategic Planning: Lead high-level manpower and productivity scheduling.
- Cost Management: Drive cost-reduction in labor and materials; partner with Engineering to "engineer cost-out" of products.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion Lean Manufacturing to eliminate waste and optimize process flow.
- Quality & Safety: Implement world-class quality plans and maintain a safe, healthy work environment for all personnel.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with departments to align operational output with company-wide strategic goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years in manufacturing management.
- Technical: Hands-on experience with PCBA/Electronics Manufacturing, metal fabrication, and painting/coating.
- Operations: Expert in low-volume/high-mix assembly and ERP/MRP systems (capacity planning/scheduling).
- Certification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

- Quality Assurance: Implement effective process quality plans to ensure world-class standards are built into every product.
- Safety & Culture: Maintain a safe, healthy work environment. Reinforce positive employee relations through transparent communication and team-based leadership.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Sync operating team needs with other departments to support overarching company goals and customer requirements.
