Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Onboarding Support: Assist in managing the "insourcing project" for 160 new hires, including offers, documentation, and rejections.
- Data Management: Perform high-volume data entry and maintenance specific to the project.
- HR Administration: Maintain highly organized and structured HR files and internal processes.
- Team Collaboration: Act as a core team player within the North American HR department.
