Responsibilities
- Case Management: Oversee a diverse caseload involving divorce, child custody, alimony, child support, and domestic violence injunctions.
- Discovery Mastery: Independently manage the discovery process, including drafting Interrogatories, Requests for Production, and Requests for Admissions. You will also be responsible for analyzing voluminous financial records to create marital asset spreadsheets.
- Document Preparation: Draft complex pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, parenting plans, and final judgments with minimal supervision.
- Trial & Mediation Prep: Prepare comprehensive trial notebooks, exhibit lists, and witness files. Coordinate and attend mediations, depositions, and court hearings.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare and/or review Financial Affidavits and Mandatory Disclosure packages.
- Client Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing case updates and managing expectations while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and compassion.
