Responsibilities
- Systems & Data Integrity: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of project data within SAP, from initial item setup to auditing engineering prints for accuracy prior to production release.
- Engineering Change & QA Liaison: Lead the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process by coordinating updates between Engineering, QA, and Customer Service to ensure seamless transitions for all product revisions.
- Tooling & Resource Management: Oversee the procurement and cataloging of production tooling, including die replacement and inventory tracking, while proactively monitoring material availability to prevent production delays.
- Advanced Data Analytics: Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports to analyze production trends, support project quoting, and provide data-driven insights for high-level decision-making.
- Inter-Departmental Quoting Support: Facilitate the quoting process by translating engineering requirements into accurate system data, ensuring all quotes reflect current material costs and manufacturing capacities.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the central hub for internal project updates, managing sample kit fulfillment and responding to status inquiries across Sales, Operations, and Quality departments.
