Responsibilities
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA-eligible status is strongly preferred.
- Professional Experience: 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Technical GAAP Expertise: Solid command of US GAAP, specifically within multi-entity environments, consolidations, or purchase accounting.
- Systems & Data: Advanced Excel proficiency (complex reconciliations and data analysis) and experience with mid-to-tier 1 ERPs
- M&A Aptitude: Ability to manage the nuances of acquisition integration and help scale financial processes in a high-growth setting.
- Communication & Drive: A proactive collaborator who can translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional partners.
