Key Responsibilities
- Source: Identify passive candidates using LinkedIn, AI sourcing tools, and niche networks.
- Screen: Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Partner: Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job specs and interview loops.
- Manage: Keep the ATS updated and move candidates through the pipeline efficiently.
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience (Agency or Corporate).
- High proficiency with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tech.
- Ability to work independently and hit monthly hiring KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills with a "candidate-first" mindset.
- Home office/Internet stipend.
