Responsibilities
Reach out to insurers to discuss settlements and resolve outstanding balances
Keep track of aging reports for assigned insurance carriers
Review and respond to EOBs, denials, and rejected claims
Collect, review, and appeal any unpaid or underpaid claims to make
sure they’re handled quickly
Record all appeal attempts in USMON software so everything’s easy to
track
Post payments accurately to keep accounts up-to-date
Follow up with 30-35 claims per day
Full on the job training is provided
