This is a hands-on leadership role. While you will manage direct reports and site strategy, you will also jump in to assist with printing, scanning, and conference room setups to ensure the client receives world-class service.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of work experience in a related field (B2B/Technical); 2 years of managerial experience strongly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desired.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and a high-level understanding of office technology/copiers.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Soft Skills: Strategic thinker, professional verbal/written communication, and the ability to present to medium-sized groups.
- Environment: Professional office setting with adequate lighting and climate control.
- Physical Activity: While the role involves administrative tasks, it requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Dexterity: Regular use of keyboards, calculators, and hand tools.
- Dress Code: Business Casual.
- Commuting: No free parking is available onsite. The office is conveniently located near the trolley/light rail system, which is the preferred method of transport for current staff.

Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations for a small-to-medium site, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Team Management: Oversee a small team, including hiring, performance management, career development, and daily coaching.
- Customer Relations: Maintain daily contact with the client to understand requirements, resolve issues, and provide business reviews or presentations.
- Service Delivery: Directly assist with and oversee:
- High-volume printing, copying, and scanning (Ricoh equipment).
- Incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
- Hospitality services, including conference room setups and food/beverage coordination.
