Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on industrial bakery lines, ensuring proper staffing and task delegation.

Operational Oversight: Monitor automated equipment and manual workstations to ensure consistent flow, minimizing downtime and waste.
- Quality & Food Safety: Enforce strict adherence to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Training & Development: Onboard and train new associates on safety protocols, equipment operation, and artisan baking techniques.

Reporting: Complete daily production logs, safety reports, and inventory documentation with high accuracy.

Inventory Control: Manage raw material usage and ensure FEFO (First Expiry First Out) principles are applied to ingredients.

Experience: At least 2–3 years of lead or supervisory experience in an industrial food production or bakery environment.
- Language Skills: Spanish/English bilingual is strongly preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial mixers, ovens, and packaging machinery.
- Compliance: great understanding of food safety regulations and workplace safety (OSHA) standards.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs in a production environment.
