We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Site Coordinator to support evening operations at one of our key client sites. This is a critical role that helps ensure attendance, communication, and shift execution stay on track.
What You’ll Do:
- Support evening check-in and attendance tracking for onsite talent
- Communicate with employees and supervisors to address real-time needs
- Help maintain accountability for attendance and punctuality
- Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact during evening hours
- Reliability and consistent attendance – this role is essential
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Professional communication skills (verbal & written)
- Comfortable using Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Patient, respectful, and able to support a diverse, multi-lingual workforce
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, production environment

Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll support evening operations and help ensure a smooth, well-organized shift from start to finish. A typical evening includes checking in employees as they arrive, confirming attendance, and helping address any call-outs or late arrivals so the team can adjust quickly.
Throughout the shift, you’ll be visible on the floor, communicating with both employees and supervisors, answering questions, and helping resolve issues in real time. You’ll assist with tracking attendance, updating reports, and documenting important information to ensure clear communication between shifts.
You’ll also support administrative tasks using tools like Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs, keeping records accurate and up to date.
This role works closely with a diverse, multi-lingual workforce, so patience, professionalism, and respectful communication are essential when assisting employees from a variety of backgrounds.
Safety is a top priority at this site. You will help reinforce a safe work environment by encouraging proper procedures, maintaining awareness of your surroundings, and supporting compliance with all facility guidelines, including appropriate PPE and food safety standards.
