We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Payroll Specialist to ensure our 6,000+ employees are paid accurately and on time while helping our team navigate an exciting system transition.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving the Transition: Help lead the charge in migrating and parallel-processing our multi-state payroll from ADP Workforce Now (WFN) to Workday.
- Processing with Precision: Execute weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly payrolls, ensuring strict compliance with complex tax and wage laws.
- Auditing & Reporting: Leverage advanced Excel skills and Workday reporting to maintain flawless data integrity and audit controls.
- Supporting the Team: Serve as the go-to expert for payroll inquiries, delivering top-tier customer service to our staff.
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll administration experience.
- Hands-on Workday Payroll experience (Required!) and ADP WFN familiarity.
- Deep understanding of wage and hour laws, multi-state taxes, and garnishments.
- Advanced Excel skills and an unmatched attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Maintain working knowledge of Workday Payroll configuration, pay components, earnings, deductions, retro calculations, and payroll integrations, alongside a working knowledge of legacy ADP WFN processes.
- Process weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly payrolls in Workday and ADP WFN, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, taxes, benefits deductions, and garnishments.
- Assist the current payroll team with the transition to Workday payroll by providing training and guidance.
