- Certifications: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or progress toward one.
- Experience: Familiarity with online banking platforms and administrative compliance.

Responsibilities
Global Treasury Inbox Management: * Act as the "gatekeeper" for all incoming queries.
- Research and resolve requests or delegate them to the appropriate Treasury Analyst.
- Ensure all payment requests are meticulously reviewed for compliance and proper authorization.
- Input payment requests into various online banking portals.
- Prepare essential bank forms (certified check requests, return letters, affidavits).
- Maintain repetitive payment templates and assist with internal bank signature audits.
- Serve as the primary back-up for the Americas Netting Coordinator.
- Manage the monthly cycle: upload payment files, track settlement dates, and perform post-netting balancing with the In-House Bank (IHB).
- Reconcile accounts for North and Latin American business units.
