The Treasury Coordinator is a foundational role within the Treasury Department, focusing on high-level administrative support, mailbox management, and financial reconciliation. This position is ideal for an early career finance professional looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate liquidity, global netting, and banking operations. The successful candidate must be highly organized, capable of archiving electronic records accurately, and proactive in problem-solving. Because this role involves "back-up" support for critical monthly netting, reliability is paramount, specifically during the one weekend per month required for netting settlement. Note to Applicants: This is a high-visibility entry-level role that works directly with Treasury Management. It requires a sharp eye for detail to prevent unauthorized payments and ensure global liquidity remains balanced. Key Qualifications Must-Haves:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Those actively pursuing a Finance/Accounting degree are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically building spreadsheets and performing data analysis in Excel.
• Core Competencies: Understanding of basic financial concepts and the ability to follow strict internal controls and validations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or Business.
• Certifications: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or progress toward one.
• Experience: Familiarity with online banking platforms and administrative compliance.

Responsibilities

Global Treasury Inbox Management: * Act as the "gatekeeper" for all incoming queries.

• Research and resolve requests or delegate them to the appropriate Treasury Analyst.
• Ensure all payment requests are meticulously reviewed for compliance and proper authorization.

Banking Operations & Payments:

• Input payment requests into various online banking portals.
• Prepare essential bank forms (certified check requests, return letters, affidavits).
• Maintain repetitive payment templates and assist with internal bank signature audits.

Intercompany Netting Support:

• Serve as the primary back-up for the Americas Netting Coordinator.
• Manage the monthly cycle: upload payment files, track settlement dates, and perform post-netting balancing with the In-House Bank (IHB).
• Reconcile accounts for North and Latin American business units.
