Responsibilities
- Supporting change management and enablement efforts for strategic, cross-functional, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Creating proactive strategies that translate complex business goals into clear, actionable playbooks to guide teams through business transformations.
- Conducting strategic impact analyses and operational readiness assessments to ensure the field is fully prepared for new rollouts and strategic shifts.
- Driving the design, development, delivery, and management of high-impact communications and training programs that accelerate adoption and execution.
- Managing program roadmaps, operational frameworks, and milestones to ensure consistent, scalable deployment across the organization.
- Cultivating relationships with project teams, cross-functional partners, and leaders to implement strategic plans, unblock execution bottlenecks, and drive frontline adoption.
- Partnering closely with senior leaders and executives to coach them on alignment, leadership messaging, and acting as effective sponsors for business shifts.
- Monitoring adoption metrics, establishing field feedback loops, and evaluating performance data to adjust enablement plans and maximize business impact.
