Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Manage inquiries regarding sales, promotions, installations, and general communications.
- Issue Resolution: Fairly and effectively resolve customer claims and complaints in strict accordance with consumer protection laws.
- Proactive Engagement: Develop and implement organization-wide initiatives to educate and inform our customer base.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze customer survey data to design and execute actionable improvement plans.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or client relations.
- Education: Specialized training, education, or equivalent hands-on experience in consumer relations.
- Process-Driven: ability to follow established work routines, structured guidelines, and technical procedures.
- Problem Solving: A basic understanding of customer service disciplines with a knack for fair conflict resolution.
salary: $22.09 - $27 per hour
