Industry: Aerospace, Defense, & Space
The Mission From engine bays to critical payloads, we protect the structures that define modern flight. As a premier contract manufacturer, we specialize in high-precision metallic and non-metallic solutions for the world’s most demanding sectors: Aerospace, Defense, and Space. We don't just build parts; we build the thermal support systems that ensure mission success.
The Opportunity We are looking for a high-octane Production Manager to own the shop floor. This isn't a "sit-behind-the-desk" role. You are the heartbeat of our manufacturing operations, leading the charge in assembly, machining, and advanced fabrication. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering designs and physical reality, ensuring every component that leaves our facility meets the gold standard of excellence.
Your Impact
- Command the Floor: Lead daily operations across people, processes, and equipment to hit aggressive safety, quality, and delivery targets.
- Build a Legacy: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and leads. You’re not just managing—you’re coaching the next generation of aerospace experts.
- Drive Innovation: Partner with Engineering and Quality to solve "unsolvable" manufacturing hurdles and implement Lean initiatives that actually stick.
- Master the Metrics: Own your KPIs. From labor utilization to scrap reduction, you’ll use data to drive a culture of continuous improvement and scalability.
- Scale the Future: Play a pivotal role in New Product Introduction (NPI) and infrastructure growth as we expand our footprint in the defense sector.
- Experience: 5+ years of leadership in high-precision manufacturing (Aerospace, Defense, Medical Device, or Automotive).
- Knowledge: Deep familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and AS9100 quality standards.
- Grit: The ability to thrive in a high-growth, rapidly evolving environment.
- Education: A degree in Engineering or Operations is preferred, but your track record of floor leadership is what matters most.
- Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 based on experience.
- Full Coverage: Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Growth: Discretionary bonuses and a retirement plan to secure your future.
- Culture: A team driven by integrity, excellence, and the thrill of advancing aerospace technology.
salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors
