We are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our brand-new South Florida locations.  As we scale our accounting team you will play a foundational role in streamlining our financial operations. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process an exceptionally high volume of Accounts Payable, estimated at 3,500 to 4,000 invoices per month.
• Execute full-cycle Accounts Payable functions, including GL and cost center coding, as well as managing complex payment runs (ACH, wire, and check).
• Perform accurate and timely 3-way matching (PO, Invoice, BOL/Receipt).
• Manage vendor setup, vendor reconciliations, and correspondence, proactively resolving vendor account discrepancies.
• Process payments and maintain compliance, including assisting with the 1099 process and preparing Releases of Lien where necessary.
• Maintain daily communication and collaboration with vendors, business stakeholders, and an internal accounting department of 15–20 members.
• Provide support during month, quarter, and year-end close and audit processes.
