Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $50 - $55 per hour

Responsibilities

Coordination: They will be working extensively with other Project Managers, a Program Manager, Tax Analyst, technical teams, and operations teams to streamline the focus of the project.

Key responsibilities:

• Owning end-to-end delivery of the program including integration, project planning, and execution 
• Vendor management and delivery oversight 
• Coordination of testing phases, cut-over, and production readiness
• Risk, issue handling, dependency, and change management 
• Providing updates to senior leaders and executives

Required profile:

• Experience leading complex vendor-driven implementations in regulatory environments; comfortable making decisions, escalating risks, and challenging vendors; able to manage ambiguity and multiple work streams simultaneously; excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting 
• The candidate must be someone at the Project Management level. They do not want prior Program Managers, as they need a candidate that is able to get into the weeds of the work (set deadlines, coordinate meetings, take meetings notes, update deliverables, etc.)
• Must have experience working at a bank, preferably in the space this team is supporting.

Nice-to-have: Experience with cost basis, tax reporting, or directly with Maxit platform (acknowledged as rare given platform newness)
