YOUR SCOPE
- Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plants, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications.
- Check all instruments and be capable to parametrize it as will be used during phases of cleaning, sterilization and production.
- Check and set all parameters and recipes to perform the correct cleaning and sterilization cycle and get the Combi ready for the production.
- Meeting with Site Manager, Aseptic Field Coordinator and customer to organize the Filler and/or Blower progresses.
- Perform the Aseptic validation with Process Authority and Customer.
- Support during the project phases of caps and bottles validation with Process Authority and Customer to validate all caps, preforms and bottles.
- Capable of creating Tickets securing the proper follow-up of equipment’s non-conformities.
- Prepare the job progress chart and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities.
- Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) securing Sidel and Customers coordination plan rules.
- Report to his manager after sales opportunities are detected on the Customer site.
- Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Ensure equipment’s safeties and protections in place and functionals to the scope.
- Report to the Installation Site Manager and Aseptic Field
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in engineering (+2) and/or equivalent experience.
- Specialization in Mechanic or Aseptic Processes.
- Experience in the beverage/packaging industry is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in field activities.
- Technical subject matter expertise on Mechanics capable of reading P&IDs and Pneumatic circuits. Aseptic technology capabilities
- Spanish, Italian and/or French is an advantage.
- Availability to travel up to 90 % (Including International Locations).
- Having the avlity to lift, carry, 50 pounds.
- Having nanual dexterity and hand-eye coordination requried to handling tools, and delicate compoinents.
- (PPE) Must Wear safety glasses, gloves, respirators.
