In this role, you will act as the primary Sales Coordinator for our Outside Sales Team, managing the administrative lifecycle of every account.

- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must) and capable of learning industry-specific ERP software quickly.
- Reliability: You are looking for a long-term home and are comfortable with a daily commute to the far Westside of Jacksonville (this is 100% on-site).

Responsibilities
- Order Management: Accurately enter and process all incoming orders from the Sales Team into our internal systems.
- Customer Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding order status, basic inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage sales schedules to ensure the Outside Sales Team is optimized and deadlines are met.
- Inside Sales Support: Assist the Outside Sales Team with quote preparation, lead tracking, and maintaining CRM accuracy.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure customer delivery timelines are realistic and upheld.
- Administrative Flow: Maintain organized digital and physical files for all sales contracts, blueprints, and reinforcement specifications.
