As a Sales Operations & Account Coordinator, you will serve as the essential link between the customer, the outside sales team, and the administrative department. Qualifications
- Experience: Previous sales or sales support experience is required, with a preference for candidates coming from a food distribution background.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Soft Skills: Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Physical: Ability to work in a professional office environment and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Account Management: Communicate directly with customers to process orders, resolve complex issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Sales Lifecycle Support: Prepare professional quotes, contracts, and detailed responses to RFPs/RFIs for prospective clients.
- Financial Coordination: Review accounts receivable reports and partner with customers to complete collections when necessary.
- Performance Analytics: Assist in monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to identify trends and margin opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with outside sales reps and the Administrative Services team to keep the sales process moving efficiently.
