Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of scalable, enterprise-wide evaluation and learning assessment systems that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold high-quality standards.
Design and deliver advanced, customized analytics solutions for strategically critical L&D initiatives, creating tailored evaluation frameworks that add measurable value beyond compliance.
Apply rigorous research design and statistical methodologies to evaluate learning outcomes and measure the success of training interventions in diverse and complex organizational contexts.
Utilize AI tools and programming (Python/R) to build automated, scalable evaluation models that enhance analytical rigor, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement processes.
Collaborate closely with compliance teams, business stakeholders, and L&D leaders to align evaluation initiatives with organizational priorities and regulatory frameworks.
Drive continuous improvement efforts by translating evaluation data into actionable recommendations that enhance program quality and learner experience.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance in all evaluation practices according to organizational and regulatory standards.
