Responsibilities

In this role, you won't just be answering phones—you will be an essential link between our customers and internal teams.

• Order & Quote Management: Respond to requests via phone and email, entering orders and quotations accurately into SAP.
  
  
• Sales Support: Forward leads to Sales Managers for follow-up and assist in the smooth flow of orders to maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  
  
• Logistics Coordination: Track sales orders in transit to ensure timely shipments and coordinate with other departments regarding purchase orders and delivery dates.
  
  
• Conflict Resolution: Act as an intermediary to resolve customer complaints and inquiries with a positive, solution-focused approach.
  
  

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  
  
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office and Adobe products; experience with SAP is required.
  
  
• Communication: strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred.
  
  
• Organization: Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and stay organized.
  
  
• Education: High School Diploma required; a 2-year Associate's Degree is preferred.
