The Schedule: After a 1-week in-office training to learn our systems, you will work almost entirely remote! You only need to commute to our Deer Park office exactly 2 days a month to pay invoices and reconcile accounts.
Requirements: Proven AP/Bookkeeping experience and high accuracy.
salary: $28 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Process and manage approximately 50 invoices per month.
- Perform thorough month-end account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Work collaboratively with the Admin and Founder to ensure smooth financial operations.
