Responsibilities
Your Mission: The Daily Impact
You aren't just answering phones; you are becoming a technical subject matter expert. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex financial data and the everyday goals of our participants.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers calling into our center, providing clear answers regarding diverse financial products and services.
- Act as a brand ambassador to help retain and grow the customer base through high-touch, quality interactions.
- Take intricate financial details and distill them into easily understandable information for clients of all knowledge levels.
- Engage in comprehensive paid training to become a subject matter expert on specialized investment offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Desire and internal motivation to obtain professional financial licensing (Series 6/63), fully sponsored by the company.
- A background in accounting, finance, or the brokerage industry, alongside prior customer service experience. (Preferred)
- Pay: $23/hr.
- Enjoy a standard Monday through Friday work week with no weekend requirements.
- This temp-to-hire model is designed to find long-term fits for one of the world's largest and most respected investment firms.
