• Lead Innovation: Architect and execute project plans for global Genesys bot implementations, ensuring seamless integration with SAP C4C and Service Cloud V2.
• Drive Results: Oversee the full project lifecycle—including scope, budget, and resource allocation—to ensure within-scope and budget-compliant delivery. 
• Collaborative Leadership: Align cross-functional project teams and global stakeholders through clear communication and proactive risk mitigation. 
• Optimize Performance: Monitor milestones and dependencies to resolve complex technical challenges and maintain momentum.

What You Bring

• Genesys Mastery: 6-9+ years of advanced experience in Genesys Contact Center technology. 
• Integration Expertise: Proven proficiency in Omni-channel strategies and integrating SAP C4C or Salesforce Service Cloud V2. 
• Strategic Project Management: A track record of managing technical teams and large-scale IT budgets. 
• Local Presence: Ability to collaborate onsite in Austin, TX.
