Responsibilities
- Partner with 1-2 Outside Sales Representatives to provide administrative and account management support to their leads and existing clients.
- Engage in proactive daily outreach via phone, text, and email to build meaningful connections rather than following a standard call-center script.
- Cultivate long-term loyalty by fostering strong relationships with both first-time buyers and established clients.
- Manage detailed CRM data, ensuring all sales leads and account activities are accurately documented.
- Oversee the full order lifecycle, from initial acquisition and data entry to final fulfillment.
- Consult with clients on the financial and professional value propositions of our offerings.
- Drive revenue growth by promoting the company portfolio within a designated geographic region.
- Conduct market intelligence by tracking competitors and industry trends to better anticipate client requirements.
- Collaborate on field visits, traveling throughout the territory alongside outside sales partners to close deals in person.
- Train and ultimately grow into an Outside Sales Representative
