Responsibilities
In this role, you will support a specialized team of four, reporting directly to the Service Manager. You will ensure high customer satisfaction by managing the end-to-end post-sales process.
- Order Management: Accurately process customer transactions, including quotes, purchase orders, and warranty requests.
- Data & Analytics: Utilize CRM systems and PowerBI to track orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Technical Support: Handle inquiries via phone and email regarding product pricing, technical specifications, and shipping schedules.
- Logistics Coordination: Partner with production and logistics teams to track shipments and proactively communicate any schedule changes to clients.
- Problem Resolution: Address service or billing complaints, process returns, and ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
