Key Responsibilities
- First-Class Front Desk Presence: Warmly greet visitors and manage high-quality phone communications with exceptional professionalism.
- Sales Team Support: Provide dedicated administrative backup to the sales agents to streamline day-to-day operations and help maximize team efficiency.
- Environment Presentation: Maintain a welcoming, pristine, and highly organized sales center environment that reflects the luxury standards of the brand.
- Daily Office Operations: Manage daily office logistics, including calendar scheduling, appointment coordination, and official correspondence.
- Clerical Oversight: Execute precise data entry, prepare critical sales documentation, and manage general clerical duties.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: Exceptional phone etiquette and superior customer service skills.
- Polished Communication: stellar interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Solid computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office management systems.
- Reliability & Detail: Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Experience: Prior administrative, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is preferred (real estate or homebuilding exposure is a plus!).
