Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Deliver high-quality, professional assistance as the primary point of contact for clients both in person and over the phone, ensuring timely and effective conflict resolution.
- Calendar & Appointment Management: Streamlined daily operations by scheduling appointments, managing complex calendars, and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts to maximize efficiency.
- Data & Reporting: Compile, track, and analyze key operational metrics to generate comprehensive reports, providing leadership with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Client Services: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients by identifying their needs, onboarding new accounts, and consistently exceeding service standards.
