We conduct an extensive 12-week paid training program to fully prepare you for success. Training is virtual, but the expectations remain high. You will be provided with key hardware like monitors and keyboards. Because this equipment must be picked up in person from our site before your first day, all candidates are required to live within a 2-hour driving radius of the local facility. You must have a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace and a reliable, hardwired internet connection. This is a temp-to-hire position where strong attendance and exceptional performance pave the direct path to permanent conversion.

Position Overview & Responsibilities
Join a dynamic team where 100% of your time is spent interacting with people in a fast-paced environment. You will answer incoming contacts, clarify guidelines, troubleshoot complex billing or eligibility inquiries, and document conversations accurately according to standard procedures.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Research and evaluate system data to implement appropriate courses of action.
- Document customer interactions comprehensively in tracking systems.
- Meet specific metric goals, including average handle time and schedule adherence.
- Navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously with speed and accuracy.
- Location: Must live within a 2-hour drive of the physical site to facilitate mandatory, in-person equipment pickup before day one.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated customer service experience required. Recent call center experience of more than 6 months is highly preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Schedule: Must be available to work flexible schedules within operating hours, including mandatory weekend shifts upon entering production.
- Technical Setup & Environment: Must possess a secure, hardwired high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps upload/download). Wireless networks, hot spots, or 5G solutions are not permitted. A quiet workspace free from distractions is mandatory.
