Operating in a fast-paced environment, this position ensures that project documentation, compliance requirements, and daily administrative workflows run smoothly across all company branches.

Responsibilities

• bilingual English and Spanish
  
  
• Ensures accuracy and completeness in managing critical documentation, equipment tracking, and compliance workflows.
  
  
• Capable of assisting multiple departments, managing shifting priorities, and supporting leadership across various branches in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Acts as the professional face and voice of the office when greeting visitors, answering phones, and routing calls.
  
  
•  Anticipates needs and takes initiative to keep administrative processes, project setups, and compliance running smoothly.
  
  
• Collaborates effectively while maintaining a dependable, professional demeanor with field staff, leadership, and external partners.
  
  
• Comfortable and proficient working within a fast-moving, construction-driven operational setting.
