Responsibilities
- Manage a select, low-volume portfolio of medical malpractice cases from inception through trial preparation.
- Request, track, organize, and index comprehensive medical records and billing statements.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and subpoenas for attorney review.
- Assist in identifying, retaining, and communicating with medical expert witnesses; organize materials for expert review.
- Assemble trial binders, organize exhibits, and coordinate schedules for depositions, hearings, and trials.
- File legal documents electronically in both state and federal courts.
