As an entry-level flavor maker, you’ll support the vital manufacturing and packaging lines that feed the nation.

No experience? No problem! We provide all the technical process training on-site. If you have a great attitude and love working with a team, you’re qualified.
The Essentials:
- Punctuality is King: Show up ready to rock! We offer a standard 5-minute grace period, but reliability is key.
- The Dress Code (Factory Fashion): * Slip-resistant, steel-toe shoes (you gotta bring your own!).
- Jeans, work pants, or cargo pants, and a short or long-sleeve shirt (clean and in good shape).
- Leave these at home: Hoodies, sweatpants, makeup, nail polish, fake nails, fake eyelashes, and jewelry (except for a solid wedding band).
- The Formal Stuff: You’ll need to pass a standard 4-panel drug screening, background check, language assessment, and sign standard confidentiality paperwork.
