Responsibilities
As a Spanish/English Financial Services Specialist, you will assist clients via inbound calls with credit and short-term lending needs, while uncovering additional opportunities to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Client Advisory: Use active listening to address card servicing inquiries, solve customer concerns, and create positive experiences.
- Relationship Deepening: Ask probing questions to understand clients' financial goals and pair them with solutions (credit cards, lending options, checking/savings).
- Referrals: Identify client needs for specialized services and make seamless referrals to internal business partners.
- Risk Management: Ensure safety and compliance by managing risk in every client transaction.
- bilingual Fluency: Fully fluent in both Spanish and English (speaking, writing, and reading).
- Schedule Flexibility: Commitment to working the required schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Tech Savvy: Minimum of an intermediate level of proficiency with computers; adaptable to new software and processes.
- Core Skills: strong problem-solving, active listening, and the ability to handle objections using plain language.
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
