Based out of Watkinsville, GA, this role reports directly to the Corporate Operations Officer (COO) and offers a competitive salary of $75,000. In this hybrid position, you will blend outbound B2B sales execution with strategic marketing support, generating high-quality leads, managing the CRM pipeline, and strengthening our client's brand presence across digital platforms and industry events. Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Generate and qualify new sales leads through prospecting, market research, cold outreach, and industry networking.
  
  
• Pipeline Management: Support outside sales and leadership with pipeline development, CRM management, and opportunity tracking.
  
  
• Customer & Site Engagement: Participate in customer meetings, job walks, and site visits to identify project opportunities.
  
  
• Proposal Support: Assist with the preparation of proposals, bids, sales presentations, and company qualification packages.
  
  
• Market Research: Conduct market and competitor research to identify target accounts and growth opportunities.
  
  
• Internal Coordination: Coordinate with operations, estimating, and leadership to align customer needs with IMI's capabilities.
  
  
• Event Execution: Plan, execute, and support trade shows, conferences, client events, and community outreach initiatives.
  
  
• Brand & Content Management: Manage website content, social media channels, email marketing, and promotional materials to strengthen brand presence.
  
  
• Collateral Maintenance: Maintain and update sales collateral, digital content, and customer-facing materials.
  
  
• Performance Tracking: Track and provide timely reporting on marketing performance, lead activity, sales opportunity status, and event effectiveness.
