- Compensation: $19.00-$20.00/hr

- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a corporate mailroom, print shop, copy center, or legal hospitality environment (prior law firm experience is highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with high-volume multi-function printers (MFPs), document scanners, binding equipment, and basic computer applications (MS Outlook, Word).
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage strict deadlines.
- Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and a polished demeanor suitable for a premier legal environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk throughout a large office space, and lift/move boxes of paper or mail containers up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Reprographics & Document Services: Operate high-volume digital print, copy, and scanning equipment. Execute complex legal document production requests including binding, laminating, and creating litigation packets.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished projects for quality, completeness, and accurate formatting according to instructions.
- Mail & Distribution: Receive, sort, log, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence. Prepare outgoing mail and overnight shipments (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
- Digital Imaging: Efficiently scan physical legal documents and convert them into organized, searchable electronic files (PDFs) within the firm's document management system.
- Client Service: Professionally interface with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to take project orders and provide status updates.
