- ssist in developing, maintaining, and updating daily/weekly operational schedules and production plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Success) to ensure alignment on capacity and deliverables.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively flag potential bottlenecks or delays to management.
- Collect, track, and analyze key operational metrics and Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records in our ERP/planning systems, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
- Generate regular reports on resource utilization, inventory levels, and process efficiency to support decision-making.
