Key Responsibilities
- Communications Enablement: Draft and distribute global internal communications for talent initiatives (e.g., nomination processes). Manage communication calendars and translate complex program updates into clear content for diverse audiences.
- Systems & Operations: Support day-to-day administration and testing for systems like Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Viva. Create user guides and FAQs to drive tool adoption and triage system questions.
- Talent Analytics: Help compile and format recurring dashboards, data reports, and metrics presentations for leadership to support workforce planning.
- Program Governance: Track project milestones, manage action/risk logs, coordinate team meetings, and maintain shared documentation repositories and SOPs.
- Experience: 2–4 years in HR coordination, talent operations, or program support.
- Systems: Proficiency with HRIS/Talent platforms (Workday, ServiceNow, Viva, SharePoint) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skills: Exceptional written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, global environment.

Global Talent Partnering and Programs – Communications and Systems Enablement
The Talent Solution Enablement Coordinator will provide hands-on coordination support across communications, systems, and program operations for the Global Talent Partnering & Programs team. This role is designed to support enterprise talent enablement by owning scalable operational and communications workflows, supporting system enablement activities, and maintaining the connection and cohesion across talent programs globally. The ideal candidate is highly organized, systems-savvy, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
Communications Enablement
• Draft, coordinate, and distribute internal communications supporting global talent programs and initiatives, ensuring messaging is consistent, timely, and aligned to team standards
• Support deployment coordination and execution of programs (e.g., talent nomination process etc.) through proactive internal campaigns, including launch communications, channel coordination, and post-launch reinforcement
• Partner with Talent Partners and program leads to translate complex program updates into clear, audience-appropriate content for stakeholders at all levels
• Manage communication calendars and track distribution across global audiences to ensure coverage and consistency
