Responsibilities
- Warm Welcomes: Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor as they enter the office.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, answer basic inquiries, and route lines to the appropriate team members.
- Mail & Packages: Accept and sort daily mail and incoming deliveries.
- Lobby Maintenance: Keep the reception and lobby area tidy, welcoming, and presentable.
- Basic Admin Support: Assist with light administrative tasks as needed during downtime.
